Strength Training

The Strength Training Application allows the coach to customize a routine for athletes and easily edit it to fit the training needs.  Easily customize a strength training routine for each group or individual!

I have had all kinds of strength training routines saved on my computer over the years.  I finally figured out how to customze every routine easily by allowing the user to build their lists of strength excercise.  Once the lists are createed the user simply clicks in a cell and use the drop-down to quickly edit the routine.

The Application runs using Microsoft EXCEL

  • Build a customized list of strength training exercises to be utilized in drop-down lists.

  • There are a variety of layouts that can be utilized.

  • Create customized strength training routines for groups or individuals.

  • Eliminate reptitive typing and mispelled words.

  • Have a saved list of all the exercises and not have to try remembering the name as each routine is created.

  • List strength exercises based on the muscle group being utilized.

  • Easily add in a Break or Awards Ceremony as a line item and set the time desired.

  • Add or remove exercise or drills from the routine without having to re-type the whole routine.

*NOTE:  The App can also be adapted for use with Swimming.

Samples

Drills and Exercise categories can be listed in any order desired by selecting a new Category from a drop-down list.  The Drills or Exercises are linked to the category name and will populate under the proper category.  Select the specific drill or exercise and set the Sets and Reps if desired.

Organize strength exercises into smaller groups and list Reps for each set.

Assign strength exercises by muscle group or area of body.

These are just a few samples of the different designs that can be utilized.  They can be customized to your needs or style if so desired.
